Applicable law and competent court:

Users who purchase in our store agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Italian Law.
For civil disputes (art. 66 bis Legislative Decree 206/2005) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located within the territory of the State.

Communications and complaints:

All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards Gioielleria Assodiori relating to purchase contracts must be sent by email to info@assodiori.it
