Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 working days from receipt of the shipment.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 30 days, a written communication to our address (Assodiori Srl, Viale Duca degli Abruzzi 108-112, 25124 Brescia BS) or by email to info@assodiori.it and the telephone number +390303531400 and subsequently by sending back the purchased item, within 30 days of receiving the package, to the address:

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the case and any bag and complete with all the sales and shipping documents attached. Upon receipt, the item will be carefully inspected to verify that it has never been worn or damaged in any way.
• It is expressly understood that the costs of returning the product to Assodiori Jewelery will be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to reject packages with a charge. The shipment will be under the responsibility of the buyer until it is received at our address. We are not responsible in the event of theft or damage to the package. For this reason, we recommend using a safe and traceable means of shipping (insured express courier or insured mail).
• If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, we will refund the sum paid by the consumer within a few days, with the exception of shipping costs.
• The refund will be made by Assodiori Jewelery in the same way in which the payment was originally made by the buyer
• The right of withdrawal is excluded for items produced specifically or personally created for the buyer

Failure to accept the return by Assodiori Jewelery

In the event that the above conditions are not respected or the returned products are found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, you can decide to receive the purchased products again, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. It will not be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
