1. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
1.1 The contract stipulated between Assodiori Srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Assodiori Srl
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and that he fully accepts the general and payment conditions listed below.
1.2 If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he/she will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05) on distance selling.
2. Purchase Methods
2.1 The Customer may purchase only the products present in the Assodiori Srl electronic catalogue at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in some details.
The weight is to be considered indicative and at the time of preparation of the jewel it may vary slightly more or less than what is indicatively proposed on the site.
2.2 Correct receipt and acceptance of the order is confirmed by Assodiori Srl by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time and an Order number, to be used in any further communication with Assodiori Srl
The message reiterates all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to communicate any corrections promptly.
2.3 In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Assodiori Srl guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 At no time during the purchase procedure Assodiori Srl is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No computer archive of Assodiori Srl will store such data. In no case can Assodiori Srl therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties, at the time of payment for products purchased on assodiori.it
4. Delivery Methods and Costs
4.1 For each order placed, Assodiori Srl issues a sales receipt for the purchased jewel, unless the Customer specifically requests an invoice, which will be sent with the shipment, pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
4.2 Delivery costs are borne by Assodiori Srl, except for any Transport Cost Contributions, explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of ordering. Nothing more is owed by the Customer than the total of the order.
4.3 Assodiori Srl cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the order or in delivering the items ordered.
4.4 Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or straps).
4.5 Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by writing a WRITTEN RESERVATION OF CONTROL (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVATION, e.g. “partially opened package”, “crushed package”, etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
4.6 Any problems concerning the physical integrity, completeness or correspondence of the products received with what is indicated in the order confirmation email must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.
4.7 In the event of failure to collect the material stored in the courier's warehouses within 10 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the order will be returned to the warehouses of Assodiori Srl, which will retain the amount corresponding to the cost of storing the goods in the Courier's warehouses as well as the cost of transporting the goods to its own warehouses.
4.8 In the event of failure to collect the goods by the buyer within 3 months, Assodiori Srl will consider the goods as discarded, also as a penalty, and will retain an amount equal to the cost of the goods themselves as a penalty.
5. Warranty
5.1 All products will be supplied with a warranty certificate from our shop or the product manufacturer, valid for 2 years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect.
• With this guarantee you can contact us or the entire network of dealers of the brand of the product purchased present in Italy and internationally.
• In the event of proven malfunction of the product, the guarantee consists in the replacement or repair of the latter.
• Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and therefore Assodiori Srl assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from such misuse.
• Furthermore, Assodiori Srl assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages to persons or things resulting from the malfunctioning of the products.
It is also possible to send an item back to us for assistance, at the cost of the outward and return shipments. The actual cost of assistance, if any, will be communicated in advance.
Assodiori Srl guarantees the characteristics of the object, the quality of the gold in thousandths and of the gems.
Therefore the guarantee is considered to be of quality and does not cover any damage caused by wear or due to improper use of the jewel itself.
If the jewel undergoes any type of intervention by third parties, Assodiori Srl will no longer be held responsible for the jewel.
6 Specific Information:
6.1 The specific information entered on the site is taken from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalogue.
Assodiori Srl, therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the specific information of the products in the catalogue, even without prior notice.
The images relating to the articles are indicative, the characteristics of the delivered objects may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.
7 Product Availability:
7.1 Assodiori Srl reserves the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods run out.
The items on sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case the Customers will be notified by email within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the item ordered is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, crediting any amounts paid.
If you have planned a visit to our store in Brescia to view a specific piece of jewelry, we ask you to contact us a few days to confirm that it is available at the time of your visit.
8 Prices, Taxes and Customs Charges:
8.1 Assodiori Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
All shipments are made from Italy, therefore items delivered to a country outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs charges when they enter your country; these taxes do not depend on Gioielleria Assodiori but on the Customs of the country of destination. All taxes and possible customs charges are the responsibility of the purchasing party.
For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority or the customer service of the shipping company in your country.
Any tax or customs charge is always the responsibility of the recipient and is generally collected by the courier upon delivery or subsequently.
9 Responsibilities:
9.1 Assodiori Srl is not responsible for any damage caused during transport to the purchased jewel and also for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to our company.
Assodiori Srl assumes no responsibility for loss or breakage of items after delivery.
